How do I find the value of my device?

You can search for your device by name, or the manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, etc.). For best results include the device model number.

Are there any factors that affect the value of my device?

We only ask 2 questions (3 for iPhones) during the trade-in process. Whether or not the device powers on, and whether the screen is broken. Don’t worry though, many devices are still worth some values even if they have a cracked screen or do not power up.

Our technology utilizes market data from a variety of sources to determine the true market value of your item.

What happens if you disagree with the condition I select for my item?

In rare cases, discrepancies do arise during the inspection process. In cases where discrepancies occur, we’ll email you with our new offer and the reason behind the changes. If you absolutely need your device returned to you, please call our Customer Care line at 855-431-3704

How many devices can be traded at once?

There is no limit to the number of devices that can be traded in.

I don't have everything that my device came with. Can I still trade it in?

Yes! We do not require you send anything except the phone itself.

Is the personal content on the devices removed?

We will never sell or share your personal information with other individuals, companies, or 3rd parties. Every device that comes in is wiped clean of all information, whether you've already done it or not. Please see our privacy policy for more information on our data security policy.

Why can’t I find my item?

Try as we might, there are always a few devices out there that aren’t in our database. However, we're always updating Quill Trade In with new products and categories. If you don't see your item, email us at quillsupport@cloverwireless.com and we'll research it and let you know if we can make you an offer.

Is shipping cost-free?

We'll provide a cost-free UPS shipping label if your order contains devices with value and if you're shipping from a location in the United States. At this time, we cannot offer free shipping for customers outside the United States or for devises without value.

How long is my offer valid for?

Once you print your label, both the label and the offer price are valid for 30 days.

How do I package the used devices for shipping?

Any sturdy box will work; we do not require you ship in the original packing of the device. We recommend using packaging material, such as crumpled newspaper, to fill any empty space around the phone for protection.

How long does it take from the time I ship my item to you for inspection to the time I receive my QuillCash™?

You can expect your account to be credited within 2-4 weeks after you ship your device.

What does Quill Trade In do with the items it purchases?

Quill Trade-In believes that reuse is the highest form of sustainability. That’s why we promote reuse of all devices collected. If the device cannot be reused it is recycled.

Where do I ship my items?

After you’ve printed out your UPS shipping label and securely taped it to your box, you can drop it off at any UPS location nationwide. Find a location near you on UPS's website.

I printed my pre-paid shipping label, but how do I attach it?

You can attach the label to the package with clear tape. Make sure that the shipping address, bar codes, and other information on the label are visible through the tape!

How long do I have to ship my used devices in?

Devices must be shipped within 30 days of the original trade in Quote.

How do I track the status of my order?

After you complete the process, you will receive an email with a shipping label and a reference number. The reference number can be used to track your order in the Help Center

How will my incentive be paid?

Your incentive will be paid in the form of QuillCash™. QuillCash™ can be used to purchase any merchandise from Quill.com, including new technology products. Your account will be credited in QuillCash™ within two to four weeks upon receipt of the device. We will notify you once the QuillCash™ has been added to your account.
